After it's mishap, as a MK4 in August 2003, it was restored as a hybrid Mk1/4 at enormous expense. Perhaps Heimbroke sounds appropriate.

Thank you Controller, the Blenheim or Bolingbroke question is a good one..Depends if it was built in Canada or the UK, with Canadian Blenheims being given the name Bolingbroke, they were license built Blenheim Mk IV's. The Duxford example, a Bolingbroke G-BPIV was restored using a Blenheim Mk I nose which had previously been converted to a car..or so Wiki states.. Looks like she's a cross bred specimen, a Bolingheim, or perhaps a Bleningbroke? Always happy to help.. PB You've got that absolutely correct Peter. When the most recent crash happened the decision was taken to restore the fuselage (Bolingbroke) which would allow them to keep it as G-BPIV but restore it to look like a Blenheim Mk.I as this version hadn't been seen in British skies since the war. The nose chosen was a Mk.I that had been converted into a car a long time ago (if you want to see it, Google "Blenheim nose made into a car"). As restored the aircraft still has the last tax disc on the inside of the glazing.
