After yesterday's interesting walk can I suggest April 17th as a date for the next walk? This time we shall be looking at the south side of the airport to see if anything is left over there? Can be a little flexible on date and time but again probably a post lunch walk of an hour or so? Even if you don't feel up to walking i'm sure we can be lured by a cup of tea and a chat beforehand?

I've never really been to take a look at Blackbushe South (or what might still remain of it), so I'd probably be up for that.

Circumstances beyond my control look like dictating I'll be driving to Gatwick instead of Blackbushe... Not sure 100%, but it looks as if that will be the case. The met looks pretty favourable too..

Due to some unforseen events I am going to have to postpone Sundays walk by a week. Given the amount of rain that has fell today its probably not a bad thing.

Yes, going would definitely be "soft" rather than "firm"! Should still be OK for next week, i think.
