Dear Controller After a very busy, but useful, day I can answer your question and say you were looking in the right place - but not carefully enough!! Those who plan on flying in will find the PPR booking form and necessary air traffic instructions on the Air Day website.... Just enjoy the day, no need to create images of mayhem - I hope we get 50 aircraft!! Please take a look at the Blackbushe Air Day website, www.blackbusheairday.com, click on "Fly-in" and then move down to "Flying In".....You will find the air traffic instructions you seek as a pdf download. Pretty basic stuff but I still don't think it's sensible to refer to runways 07R/25L. International convention says that this means that there are two parallel runways. I thought they may have laid down one or two holding areas too. Oh well, we'll see...
