Dreams do come true.. It's a long document, but here's what we've waited six decades for..
"The Application Land forms part of a general aviation facility known as Blackbushe Airport. The applicant contends that the Application Land lies within the curtilage of the Terminal Building of the airport and should be de-registered".
The opposition may appeal, but that is news dreamed about for so long...... Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
You chaps are very kind, but the event that will make June 12th another historic date in Blackbushe Airports varied career is all credit to the team who are now at the Blackbushe helm. It is they who we must thank for today's news, it has been my pleasure to have worked with them and make a contribution perhaps.. but, I won't deny that Blackbushe has had a hold on my heart for decades!! The driving force that comes from such long held passion tends to help when the need arises...
The future will unfurl its plans in due course, for now there's time to quietly contemplate what those plans may look like..
Good Morning Peter, many congratulations to you,all of the other people who have helped including my very good friend Rob Belcher and of course the current management team @ Blackbushe, this is fantastic news and has certainly helped brighten another damp morning.
Myself & Rob are going to Aero Expo @ Booker on Saturday and we will certainly make a point of visiting the Blackbushe stand to congratulate them.
Congratulations Peter and all who have assisted and thanks for all your efforts and long hours fighting for it. Long may Blackbushe Airport continue and be a great success. Eric ps Congratulations on the grandchild.
