1982 was the year Doug Arnold declined to pay for customs, thus anything that turned up came via Lydd/Biggin etc. Happy days, oftern Odiham in the morning, then the bushe, fairoaks, then maybe over to Farnborough for the helis or up to Northolt or Biggin. Hetic weeks too, some of them.
