The decision has been taken to realign the Forum's contents to make it a little less formidable in appearance. The ergonomics will hopefully be more user friendly and might take a day or two to resolve... "The Management" are grateful for your support and hope this will be retained as the Airport moves into a new and exciting future!!!
Thanks!!

Slowly. Added a Members 'chat' zone yesterday.. With over 500 members I hope some 'exchanges' will take off, time will tell!!
The future of the Forum is a concern with rising costs next year, but for now the product continues. I've ditched a lot of earlier material as it was seemingly of little interest and currently considering new subjects that might stimulate some input...
We could create a new website that would give a more glossy approach to the Blackbushe subject but it would call for money and expertise..neither of which I can offer in copious amounts!
Photo of the Day is taking increasing numbers of daily hits, if that were not the case I think I could spend more time sleeping in the morning! My dedication to the old aerodrome will only die when either I also part company or, heaven forbid, totally lose my memory - the POTD exercise helps keep the grey cell flexed to a degree and I quite enjoy starting the day by waking up the old grey cell. Use it, or lose it?
This does not answer your question Rocky14, I think the answer apart from "slowly" is also "under review".....

Thanks PB..POTD obviously provides a raison d'être and clearly keeps the grey matter in good fettle. There was a lot of historical stuff in the old set-up, has this been saved? As to the cost: perhaps a contribution from another source might be considered. There should not be a conflict of interest between ownership and editorial policy. We are all on the same side!?

No historical material has been lost, and providing we remain 'solvent' all will remain in situ.. I think in particular of Stuart's work on the 'aircraft of Blackbushe'..
However, for now, life goes on!!
Thanks Rocky14, your interest and input always welcome and appreciated..
