Many thanks to Rob Belcher who has unearthed AVM Bennett's Biography today and produced the following invaluable evidence on Facebook's "Blackbushe Airport, Then & Now" pages this morning.. The pages below are the full corroboration of my many reports on anti Blackbushe activity in the years after the Airport closed, and the extraordinary activity of those whose dark and malevolent deeds were calculated to remove Blackbushe from the aviation map. Feel free to ask yourself some pertinent questions.... Unless you were there at the time it probably seems unlikely that such behaviour existed? Believe me it did, I swept their nails from the runways of a morning...saw the road signs torn down, attended the 1960's Yateley Parish Hall Blackbushe Airport public meetings and listened to the vitriol that flowed with as much gnashing of teeth as a croc infested river during a feeding frenzy..
